Our Story

Little Blue Thistle was born from a season of slowing down.

After years working in nonprofit and event planning, life shifted my pace in ways I didn’t expect. What began as a creative outlet during an unexpected transition slowly grew into something more intentional: a flower cart rooted in beauty, meaning, and connection.

Today, Little Blue Thistle brings thoughtfully gathered blooms to pop-ups, storefronts, events, and gatherings across the Rochester and Finger Lakes region. At the heart of it all is our signature flower cart. A space where stems are chosen by hand, bouquets are made in real time, and flowers become part of the experience.

Whether it’s a build-your-own bouquet bar, a community event, or a simple bundle wrapped to take home, each arrangement is created with care and a natural, gathered feel.

We believe flowers are more than decor. They brighten ordinary days, mark milestones, and create space for people to connect.
